MAKING YOU FEEL AT HOME

Your family will treat you as a member of their family. They will eat, interact and chat with you on a daily basis, during meals and leisure time.

 

You will be provided with a key to their house and will have access to laundry facilities every week.

 

As you are staying with a family there will be certain rules of the house you will need to follow and your hosts will tell you what these are upon arrival this could be things such as dinner times or advising your hosts when you will not be coming for dinner or arriving late (so they do not worry unnecessarily!).

ABOUT YOUR BOOKING

  • We offer single room accommodation only. We will be happy to offer a double or twin room upon request.

  • The minimum age for booking with us is 16 by the date of arrival at the host family.

  • There is no minimum stay. Nightly rates on request.

  • In order to ensure your host family can make arrangements to be there to greet you when you arrive you must tell us no later than 3 days before your arrival date your expected time of arrival at the host family.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • We must receive full payment before we can confirm your booking. You can pay by credit card using our secure online payment facilities or you can pay by bank transfer if you prefer. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

  • Once your booking has been confirmed there will be a cancellation fee of 1 (one) week plus the booking fee of £50.

  • We will only refund the bank account or credit card that the payment was made from and will deduct any banking and/or credit charges

  • We do not add any credit card supplement charges; the price you see is the price you pay.

EXTENDING OR SHORTENING YOUR STAY

  • Should you wish to extend or curtail your stay please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this. Please note that this is subject to availability.

  • For stays of 4 (four) weeks or longer If you wish to leave your accommodation earlier than your original departure date you must notify us at least one week in advance. We will refund the balance minus any banking and/or credit card charges. There are no refunds for early departure for stays of 4 (four) weeks or less.
